About Erik Kingsley
I lost 100 pounds. Twice.
Let me tell you something that might sound crazy: the second time was harder than the first.
The first time, I was young, hungry, and didn't know any better. I gritted my teeth, white-knuckled my way through. The weight came off. I celebrated. And then life happened.
During COVID in 2020, I was let go from my six-figure executive role at a megachurch. One month later, my wife of almost 20 years filed for divorce. Miami was on lockdown. My stepmom was dying of cancer. I had to file for bankruptcy. Everything collapsed at once.
By the time the dust settled, the 100 pounds were back. And so was the shame.
But I did not quit. A few months later, I walked into a Brazilian church on a Sunday and was asked to help. I said yes. They immediately made me their pastor. I served there for three and a half years, then moved to a mega Latino church, and in March 2025 I went full-time leading Imagine Church. Today we operate in 16 countries. I remarried Tatiana, who is now my partner in life and ministry.
And I lost the 100 pounds again. But this time with a system that actually held.
It's called the 30x3 Method. 90 minutes a day, three pillars: Fuel (body), Faith (spirit), Focus (soul). Not willpower. Not motivation. A daily rhythm built on something bigger than abs.
FitKings is what I wish I had at 40. A brand that respects what real men over 40 are dealing with — the slower metabolism, the time pressure, the spiritual drift, the quiet desperation of knowing you were built for more.
This is for every man who's tired of the yo-yo. Tired of the shame cycle. Tired of looking in the mirror and not recognizing the man staring back.
I've been there. Twice. And I came back.
You can too.
Let's rebuild. Together.
